1. Cancellation by Participant
Once registration and payment are completed, cancellation requests will not be entertained.

2. Refund Policy
Fees are non-refundable once the camp has been scheduled or materials are shared.

3. Duplicate / Failed Payment
If any amount is deducted multiple times, the excess will be refunded within 5–7 working days.

4. Camp Cancellation
If InsporaOne cancels the camp for any reason, a full refund will be issued.
